最近在某個討論區看到有人提到Amazon有30天(其實應該是出貨後七天)的買貴退差價政策,也就是說如果在Amazon買東西後發現物品的價格變低了,可以跟客服反應,Amazon會退還差價。

剛好之前才買的東西最近降價$30,如果可以退回來也不無小補,於是就用Amazon網站上的contact me留言反應。幾小時內就收到回覆,很可惜的是,客服說他沒辦法退我差價。不死心的我又用電話跟Amazon客服聯絡,遇到一個很親切的小姐,她向我解釋Amazon改政策已經一年了,現在只限出貨後七天內才能退差價,她說如果可以的話她也想幫我,但她不想因此丟了工作。聽到她這麼說雖然有點小哀怨差價沒辦法拿回來,不過既然是公司規定也沒辦法囉~

附上客服小姐給我的email內容給大家參考。要特別注意的是,Amazon是跟自己的價格比會退差價,而不是跟其他網站上的價格相比喔~而且其實政策是說如果尚未出貨是一定可以退差價,已出貨七天內是"occasionally"退差價。不過我想應該七天內反應的話都沒問題吧?

As an exception within 7 days of the ship date, we occasionally match a website price.  We always match if the item has not shipped yet.
